Hey guys I'd just like to wish everyone a happy new year and hope everyone in the clan had a good holiday. Last year DA came pretty far from where it was we almost average 10 players in the server all day which is pretty good and were almost always full at night. I'd like to say thanks to each and every one of you for the stuff you guys do for the clan and how active you guys are in our community, without you guys we wouldn't be anywhere today and I know that sounds really gay but its true. It's great to see everyone enjoy the server and the community that we made for them, hopefully in 2010 we'll continue to grow and improve our growing community on Counter-Strike. I realize there's a ton of great assault servers out there but once more thanks for choosing ours to play in and helping our community grow we sure as hell aren't going anywhere anytime soon so stick around for more. Cheers!

We also made some new additions to the clan recently that need to be announced and those additions include our old friend and former leader controL, long time applicant (sorry bud) vinhson, and former karma member Milky Beer. Welcome to the clan guys have a good stay. I'd like to announce one more thing to players looking to join the clan were are not recruiting at the moment we have a pretty solid group of players here in the community so were not taking applications at this time. This doesn't mean you should stop playing on the server or checking out our forums who knows when we start recruiting again and we see your name a lot you'll get accepted in quicker! Anyway look for the new top 15 to be posted this week sometime! Addiction out.

From the leaders of DA. We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We hope that we will become the #1 assault sever in 2010! With so many great players from clan members to regulars we hope to see us continue to grow as a community. We wish you all the very best!

Just wanted to let our members know that we updated our recruitment process again and this time I think it's here to stay. So once those who apply to join DA make there topic with there application one of our leaders will move it to Recruitment Apps in the clan members section of the forum. From there we will add a simple "Yes" or "No" poll for only clan members to vote, members will also be able to voice there opinion about application.

Once the voting reaches 10 votes for "Yes" they will be accepted into the clan and we will either message you on Steam or send you a message on the forum! If you get 10 votes for "No" you won't be accepted however we will still let you know one way or the other. After voting is done the application will be moved to our archive in the leaders forum for future reference. I think this process is pretty solid and hopefully you all agree and find it fair.

Another thing I'd like to address is the maps on the server. We finally added cs_christmas_assault to the server so If you guys would like to play it make sure you start a vote for it or ask the players playing in the server. I was thinking on Christmas eve and day (24th through the 25th) we have a rotation of just assault and christmas_assault just for something different and fun. Also if you guys do want to play different assault maps your more then welcome to I'd just like it that you guys vote on it for now until we figure out a better way to do it.

One last thing I forgot to post about we do have a new addition to the Leaders and that person is Redneck Jon! I know a lot of people wondered how he made it this far, and honestly all I can say is he just did all the right things hes active, friendly, helps out with the server, etc. I think he was the perfect choice for it so I am sorry if this offended anyone I'm truly just trying to do whats best for our clan and server that we love to play in. So congrats Jon, you guys can feel free to add him on Steam if you'd like to know him better.
